As I move ahead in my brewing journey, my impression has been that having a dedicated space to brew would be extremely helpful. Earlier this year, we bought some property and on it we have a new 40 foot container that will contain my brewing space as well as pantry space – all climate controlled. The container is 9.5 feet tall, or High Cube. Perhaps not very imaginative, but it will be the site of my first all-grain batches, so why not?
