I put the Citra Session Pale Ale in a keg as I did with the Hop Prophecy Double IPA. Both are getting cold and will be under 30 psi of CO2 pressure for the next 24 hours.
I am going to take a quick break from brewing for a few days while I recover from a cold/the flu. Not sure which it is, but I am not enjoying it at all! The next things I brew will be 10 gallon batches of either a Hard Seltzer or an Irish Red Ale. these will go into 5 gallon kegs so that we have one of each here and one of each at our property in Haleyville, AL.
